RVB Systems Group accepts orders in any the following methods:

Domestic Orders

WE ACCEPT PRE-APPROVED COMPANY PURCHASE ORDERS (NET 30 TERMS) or ANY MAJOR CREDIT CARD.

• You can print and complete this ORDER FORM. (CREDIT CARD or Purchase Order).

• You can send pre-approved company purchase orders.  New customers need to print and complete a CREDIT APPLICATION.  We provide NET 30 terms to approved companies.

• You can call us at (919) 362-5211 to speak with a sales agent.

• We accept MAJOR CREDIT CARDS or pre-approved company purchase orders for payment.

• NC residents - add 6.75% sales tax unless you provide a completed and signed STREAMLINED SALES TAX AGREEMENT -  CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION (E-595E)

• CA residents - add 7% sales tax for RIBBONS ONLY.

• Shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice FOB our factory.  Overnight shipping is available.

• We require you to provide the 3 or 4 digit SECURITY CODE (see below) for all credit card transactions.

• Credit card purchases can only be shipped to the billing address for the credit card.  NO EXCEPTIONS

After your order has been accepted, you will receive an e-mail containing an order confirmation.  After your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail containing a tracking number.  Lastly, you will receive an e-mail containing an invoice in a PDF format attachment.
