After completing the REQUEST RMA form, a screen will be displayed containing shipment instructions.  Print that form, send equipment to RVB Systems Group at the address shown on the form, and enclose a copy with your returned equipment.  

You can view your RMA status from the link above.  If you are requesting TIME & MATERIAL repair, you will be sent an estimate via e-mail shortly after we receive your equipment.  Our rates are $105 per hour for printer repair and $80 per hour for scanner repair.  Most repairs can be performed in one hour.  Parts are additional.
